Deteksi Parasit Dan Virus pada Pembesaran Ikan Kerapu Cantang (Epinephelus fuscoguttatus vs Epinephelus lanceolatus)

چکیده

Produktivitas budidaya ikan kerapu cantang yang menurun salah satunya dipengaruhi oleh adanya infeksi patogen dari golongan virus dan parasit. Parasit dapat menyerang disemua stadia, sedangkan Iridovirus Viral Nervous Necrosis (VNN) merupakan penyakit serius menyebabkan kematian masal pada cantang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh informasi kejadian pembesaran di tambak bak beton terinfeksi parasit virus. Deteksi dilakukan dengan mengambil 5 ekor sampel dipelihara kepadatan 3 ekor/m2 menggunakan metode makroskopis mikroskopis, pengamatan iridovirus VNN PCR. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa serangan ditemukan selama pemeliharaan yaitu Epistylis sp. prevalensi 100% intensitas 146,6, Trichodina intensitas. 104,4, Caligus sp., Diplectanum Selama tidak terdeteksi
